How Victory Wine progression works

A brew activates only after every affix slot available at that Wine level is filled. If even one slot is empty, that Wine's affix setup remains inactive.

Each copy of the same affix provides one Wine level for that affix. The same-affix limit shown above caps how many copies can be placed at each Wine level.

For matching affix IDs, the Wine level is added to the level from currently active equipment and gems, then clamped to that affix's maximum level. Wine can also activate an affix that the equipped loadout does not have.
